Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-release analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes.
• Define KPIs and use data analytics to monitor product performance and make evidence-based decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and strategy.

Requirements

• Possess significant experience in Product Management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of software development lifecycles like Agile or Scrum and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Show proficiency in data analysis tools and a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Prove ability to break down complex problems and develop creative, user-centric solutions.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
